Most basic repairs like screens and batteries can be done on the spot in 45 to 90 minutes depending on the model. Other repairs like back glass replacements or tablet repairs etc may take longer up to 2-4 hours. Some less common repairs may need parts to be ordered in prior. Please contact our team about your specific repair to get a time estimate.

Once you get your shiny new phone, there are simple ways to get your data copied over. Please note: you will usually need to know your account login & password details. With Apple & Samsung it can usually be done wirelessly or by charging cable when setting up your new device automatically.  If you are not sure how, our team can explain it, otherwise if you want us to do it for you, that is also a service we offer.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in Australia.

All orders are sent express with Australia post and are usually shipped within 24 hours during our opening hours. You will need to sign for your parcel upon arrival or if no one is in attendance, it will be taken to the closest post shop for collection.

Most orders will take 1-3 business days to arrive, rural areas may take slightly longer to arrive.

Returns and exchanges

For items shipped to the customer purchased from our online store, we have a 7-day return policy if the product is not as described, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does NOT apply to in-store purchases.

Warranty Policy

All devices purchased after 1st December 2022 include a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. The battery is covered for 3 months.
NOTE: Watches or devices marked otherwise in-store are not included, these devices include 3 months warranty.

Repairs come with warranty from 3 to 12 months depending on the repair. Contact us if you need more information.

The warranty period covers the device purchased for any manufacturing defects from date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any form of physical or liquid damage.

In the event a warranty issue arises during the warranty period covered for:

A device purchased, Fusion Phones will, upon inspection, repair or replace the device. If Fusion Phones is unable to repair or replace the the device purchased, the customer may be refunded the total purchase price of the device only.

Replacement parts or devices may be new, refurbished or used (depending on availability) and does not extend or restart the warranty period.

Standard Warranties of products or services purchased from Fusion Phones do not apply:
1. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;
2. to physical damage to the surface of the Product including, but not limited to scratches or cracks on the display, back glass or camera lens
3. to damage caused by operating the device outside any guidelines published for use;
4. to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Fusion Phones;
5. to a device that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Fusion Phones including but not limited to installation of custom firmware or other software;
6. to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the device,
7. if the device's serial number, the IMEI number, water indicator or the warranty seal have been removed, erased, defaced, altered or are illegible.
